The Dietitians at Revive Wellness can help you achieve your personal nutrition goals, from general healthy eating to sports nutrition for improved performance, and everything in between!

Body Composition

Body composition is important in nutritional analysis because it allows the Dietitians to determine your specific nutrient needs based on your quantity of muscle mass as well as percentage of body fat. Everyone is unique when it comes to how much muscle mass and fat mass we carry, therefore at Revive Wellness, body composition is measured with a bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). The machine sends a safe, low-level electrical current through your body to determine its fat and muscle mass.

Weight Loss

Popular diet programs are designed to help you lose weight, but they don’t help you keep it off. In fact, those programs often impact your metabolism, body composition, appetite and cravings permanently, making it harder for you to keep that weight off in the long run. Revive offers personalized programs tailored to your body, lifestyle and goals to capture your health and success. They address your barriers, determine your specific needs and provide coaching, follow-up and accountability.
